How did Josh's participation in the Stadium Arcadium tour happened? Did you and John set up his rig?

Dave Lee: "Josh would come out with a small pedal board, a guitar, and (if I remember correctly) would play through [a Silver Jubilee with only one cabinet - and ocasionally] John's "Slash's rig" (the Silver Jubilee). And sometimes use John's guitars."
